Captain Russian #44 (Summer 1969)
I got my German words from a tiny Berlitz German dictionary purchased at Farmer's Market in L.A. Note the lips on the female. Normally, my females' lips were shaped like doughnuts. I had a difficult time drawing breasts, too. And yes, the German soldier calls Captain Russian a "Soviet." He really wasn't. Honest.
