Dear Sir or Madam,
Please see attached. Last month I did business with cashfordentalscrap.com (aka CFG-USA, PO Box 379, Sharon, MA 02067); to wit, I sent in two gold crowns and the company sent me back a check for the lordly sum of $4.82 (four dollars and 82 cents). Not being satisfied with this, the next day I requested my gold crowns back, per the agreement. CFG-USA sent me back only one of the crowns.
I called the company and was told by a very brusque man that, “We sent back what you sent us.” When I insisted that they did not, he told me, “We get people trying this all the time,” implying that I was trying to defraud the company. He dismissively told me to send an e-mail to the legal department, which I did (see attached.) That was two weeks ago; I have not received a reply.
What recourse do I have via your agency with this disreputable company?
Sincerely,
Wesley H. Clark
